Low Score, Strong Finish: Why You Can’t Quit Now

Today, I felt like quitting.

My score dropped. Down to 90—the lowest I’ve seen in a while. And yes… I saw every single error.

But I’m sharing this because you need to hear it: you’re not the only one who feels this way.

There will be moments where it feels like you’re going backwards instead of forward.

Moments where quitting feels easier than continuing.

But this is where the shift happens.

In the Bible, Paul talks about letting go of what’s behind and pressing toward the mark—the finish line. Not quitting. Not staying stuck. Moving forward. Taking your thoughts captive.

So here’s what you do instead of quitting:

First—pray. If you have faith in God, go there first. Ground yourself.

Next—write down what went well. Even in a low score, something went right.

Then—write down what needs improvement. Be honest, but not harsh.

I’ll tell you what to do next in the second post.

Keep going.
